We offer a range of social media-led services, including social media management, monthly grid curation, bespoke social templates, social media strategy, and 1:1 coaching for business owners and start-up social media managers.
Social media management encompasses the day-to-day running of your business account, and marrying it with a developed content strategy in order for the content we will be posting on your behalf to reach your desired audience. Underpinned by our Sales-Psychology approach, we will use purchasing journey principles to target what your audience needs from you to convert. Monthly grid curation covers everything you need to be set up with your content for the month, and blend sophisticated aesthetics into your feed. This includes graphic creation, image curation, caption & hashtag prompts as well as it being scheduled out day by day - so all you will need to do is tweak the little details and post! Please note: This service does not include the scheduling and management of the content - it is a monthly content plan. It is the perfect option for those who need help planning, creating and curating their feeds, but don’t want to commit to full management (or have the budget for it).

Our bespoke template customisation package will supply small businesses and individuals with stunning individual graphic templates for their social media account. Made on Canva, these accessible graphics will set you up with the essential graphics that you can easily insert copy into and post right away. Saving you time and leaving you with bespoke graphics to produce a cohesive feed this is a good option if you want your social media aligning with your dreams. Social & Business consulting is a service designed for small businesses, entrepreneurs and creatives who want to manage their social media in-house but need guidance, or advice on a specific aspect of running their business online. As well as this, we can provide guidance in other areas of growing and scaling a business such as hiring staff, and business strategies. It will provide you with everything you need to get started, solve a current problem you are having or allow you to have another person to brainstorm ideas with. It could cover getting clarity on your target audience and building customer personas, content idea brainstorming sessions, reels advice, understanding Instagram insights and algorithms and/or engagement tricks and organic growth advice. You will also be working closely with our founder Emily, who has over 8 years of comprehensive experience in social media and a Bachelor’s Degree in Media and Marketing as well as scaling her own business to beyond £10K months.

For reoccurring social media management, content has a monthly lead and is done with enough time for amendments and schedule. One-off services will be given a specific timeframe.

As a social media agency, we prioritise creating real results and relationships with our clients. That means for all social media management contracts we implement a 6-month minimum sign-up period, and a 3-month minimum sign-up period for Monthly Grid Curation clients.
When it comes to partnering on social media services, we create long-term, sales-psychology backed strategies. This means it will take a period of time in order to implement this into your strategy, see results that we can create a comparison on and then continue on developing with. Because of this, working with a social media agency for any less, would impact your return on your investment, and it’s crucial for us to reward you with strong, aesthetic and results-driven socials.

We recommend a one-month onboarding period to our social media management and grid curation clients as this will give us an optimum time in order to get to know your brand in full depth, build a bespoke and tailored sales-backed social media strategy to implement into your content, and to build your all important first content plan. We will also in this time send over the important documents and contracts, whilst adding you to our bespoke client portals and communication channels. This allows our process in working together to flow seamlessly so we can full help you with your socials the best way we can.
